AHC STRATEGIC PROJECT – SEEKING VOLUNTEERS

Are you interested in customer experience, sports development, graphic design, media, or research?

We are seeking volunteers wanting to learn, build, or offer their professional skills to join our new member pathways project. This is an exciting part of our club strategy to encourage and better support our members to participate in all aspects of our sport.

Through research and engagement with our current members, the project will create a range of tools to raise awareness of the opportunities and benefits of participation, build a strong foundation of confident and skilled club players and volunteers, and help improve our members’ experience.

Project volunteers may support a range of activities over the coming months including:

  • Member surveys and interviews
  • Local, national, and international research into sports development and pathways
  • Creation of tailored club pathways, management plans, and dashboards
  • Creation of promotional materials and media, including pathways information sheets, member profiles, and stories
  • Development of function and role descriptions to support the member pathways.

Tracey Drake, AHC board member and director of Hockey Victoria, is overseeing the project and is eager to work with a passionate and imaginative team to deliver the project by early 2023.

Enter your details below to volunteer or learn more about the project

Or… share your experience as a member of AHC.

If you don’t have the time to volunteer, keep an eye out for our project team who will look forward to seeking your feedback through a chat or quick survey around the club before the end of the season.
