AHC New Strategic Plan from 2021 – 2024

In 2021, the Altona Hockey Club Board held multiple sessions through the year to outlay the 2021 – 2024 Strategy. 

The aim of the Board was to maintain the elements that we all love about the AHC, while outlining the strategic priorities to take the club forward and grow. Once the strategy was finalised, it was shared with key club members including our Coterie members and Premier League leadership groups. 

Multiple elements were included in the planning, including the Hockey Victoria 2021 – 2024 Strategic Ambition and building on our 2016 – 2020 Strategic Plan.
