The horrendous afternoon continued for the Seagulls, with the Womens State LeagueOne side losing 0-2 to Doncaster as well. Despite dominating the second half, Altona were unable to trouble the scorers, and couldn’t claw back the two goal deficit. “They are an extremely sharp unit with eight young guns in the Victorian Under 21 squad. We weren’t up to it today, which was disappointing as we were at full strength. They highlighted a number of deficiencies which we will address prior to our next clash” said Coach Marc Richardson.
