Work has commenced on extending and resurfacing the car park at the Altona Hockey Club. It is expected that this work will continue through to the end of August. As such you need to be aware of alternative parking arrangements during this time.
Alternative car parking suggestions:
- There are car parks available on Sugargum Drive on the left hand side prior to reaching the hockey club.
- There are car parks available on Sugargum Drive on the right hand side (near the basketball court) prior to reaching the hockey club.
- Parking will be available on Sugargum Drive north of the hockey club towards Cherry Lake.
- Parking is available on Civic Parade
- Parking is available at the council car park on the eastern side of Grant Reserve
- Parking may be available in the football ground opposite the hockey club subject to football games being played.

I apologise for the inconvenience and suggest adding 5 minutes to your trip so you are not rushed before the game. The result of this work will be better facilities for all members and visitors to the Altona Hockey Club.
